✈ 寄送區域
可直接於網站下單之區域:香港、新加坡、馬來西亞、澳門、菲律賓、中國、日本、越南、泰國
✈ 國際訂購說明
- 付款選項:PayPal / 信用卡付款
- 寄送選項:目前僅提供郵局EMS國際包裹(平均運送時間約為10天~14天左右), 7-11 跨境宅配, 7-11 跨境門市取貨不付款,有可能會因為當地海關抽驗或是其他不可抗因素導致時間延後。
- 收件資訊:海外客戶請務必填寫完整英文姓名與地址,若因為收件資訊不完整導致貨物退回,則會直接取消整筆訂單。
- 電子發票:依照台灣營業稅法將不會開立發票(營業稅法:直接外銷貨物或勞務予國外買受人得免開立統一發票)。
- EMS郵政航空包裹不會透過電話與妳聯繫,若遇無人簽收狀況會留下招領單存局候領,需時間內憑單前往領取。

「跨境取貨不付款」:表示包裹已經送達海外門市。包裹已配送至指定門市。包裹到門市後,顧客會收到 email 與一封到貨簡訊,提醒顧客於取貨時間內(註一)取貨。若取件最後一天尚未領取,7-11 會再發送一次簡訊提醒取貨

馬來西亞:單筆運費為300元

✈ 國際購物退換貨注意事項
- 僅接受因"商品瑕疵"的問題進行退款
- 若收到商品本身有瑕疵,請於10日內將照片回傳給我們,經判定為非人為因素的瑕疵,款項會經由款方式之帳號退回。
- 因海外運送手續較為繁瑣,因此不接受退換貨服務,我們對於每一個訂購的商品在出貨前都會進行詳細的檢查與包裝,請放心。
✈ 國際進口關稅
- 每一批商品進口到你們的國家都會經過海關,因此是否有稅金產生則視海關隨機抽查認定,如果遇到有關稅產生,則需要由您承擔。
- 當地進口關稅費用是由當地海關徵收,實際稅金請諮詢當地郵局或是海關單位。
✈ 拒收包裹說明
若因為個人因素而拒絕簽收 Lächeln 的包裹,導致商品退回,我們會依照實際產生的額外費用,例如來回運費,進口台灣的費用等扣除你的訂購金額再行退還。

International Delivery: Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, the Philippines, China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand.

✈ Shipping Instruction
- Payment options: PayPal & Credit Card. If you choose credit card, please switch currency options to TWD at the top of the website.
- Shipping options: We offer EMS service, normally it takes around 10 - 14 days, not inclusive of local customs issue etc.
- Shipping details: Please fill out your shipping information by English, we do not take responses if you miss the necessary fields.
- Invoices: Based on the law of government in Taiwan, we won't issue invoices for overseas orders.
- Others: When the order reaches your country the EMS service will not call you, please make sure you are available to receive the package.
✈ About the Shipping Fee
For customers who live in Malaysia & Singapore & Hong Kong, we charge a flat shipping fee is TWD$300 per order.
If there are any issues with delivery to your country, our Customer Service Team will contact you immediately.
✈ Return Policy
- Refunds will only be accepted for "defective products".
- If you receive a defect in the product itself, please return the photo to us within 10 days, and if the defect is judged to be non-human, the money will be returned via the account number of the payment method.
- Due to the complicated overseas shipping procedures, we do not accept returns and exchanges, and we will inspect and pack each order thoroughly before shipping.
